TJL Pharmaceutical has completed a significant expansion of its in-house Quality Control laboratories, adding new sterility testing suites and pyrogen testing capacity at the Kabul facility.
Faster Release, Same Rigour
As production volumes grow, laboratory capacity must grow ahead of them. The expansion allows QC to process more batches in parallel — maintaining rapid release times for hospitals that depend on continuous supply, while preserving the full testing regime every batch receives: sterility, pyrogen, particulate and chemical analysis.
Investment in People
Alongside the equipment, TJL has expanded its analyst team and delivered advanced training in microbiological methods and data integrity. The laboratory now operates extended shifts to support the facility's increased output.
