Every international shipment is accompanied by complete documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, and where required certificate of pharmaceutical product (CPP), certificate of origin and GMP documentation.

Regulatory Compliance

Products are exported only to markets where the necessary registrations or import permissions are in place, or where the importing partner holds appropriate authorisation. Our regulatory team supports partners through registration processes.

International Shipping

Customer Responsibilities

Importing partners are responsible for holding valid import authorisations, complying with local distribution laws, maintaining storage conditions and batch-level records, and cooperating with recall or safety communications.
