Identifying Genuine TJL Products
- Purchase only through authorised TJL distributors and offices
- Genuine products carry the LifeSol® brand with consistent, high-quality printing
- Every bottle displays a batch number and expiry date matching its carton
- Packaging seals must be intact — never use a product with a broken seal
- Labels include complete composition and manufacturer details
Batch Number Verification
If you wish to verify a batch, contact our team with the product name, batch number and expiry date. We will confirm against manufacturing records, normally within one business day.
Reporting Suspected Counterfeits
If you suspect a counterfeit TJL or LifeSol® product, do not use or distribute it. Report it immediately to contact@tjlhealthcare.com or WhatsApp +44 7403 069214 with photographs and purchase details. Reports are investigated urgently and shared with authorities where appropriate.
